ROAD HAZARD TIRE WARRANTY PROMGRAM:

Protect Your Tires with Confidence ~ Only $19.99 Per Tire

The Road Hazard Warranty includes all tires purchased at Russell Tire (Altoona, PA) or Central PA Truck and Equipment (Claysburg, PA), excluding non-passenger vehicle, agricultural, off-road, or oversized tires (e.g., tractor tires, ATV tires, or specialty racing tires). Our Road Hazard coverage is exclusively available for tires that meet the manufacturer's vehicle specifications.

The Road Hazard Warranty coverage includes flat repairs and tire replacement with an identical tire if the road hazard damage is irreparable. The coverage is valid for 6 years from the date of purchase or until the tire tread depth reaches 4/32" at the lowest point of the tread.

Customers can utilize this coverage at Russell Tire or Central PA Truck and Equipment. If the customer is out of state or traveling to these locations is unreasonable, the road hazard coverage will still be honored. We reserve the right to communicate with the repair facility if the customer chooses a different location. Specific details on the reimbursement or claim process can be discussed at the time of service.

This warranty includes mount and balance services and one free tire rotation every 5,000 miles. You will have up to 10 days from the date of tire purchase to decide if you would like to add the Road Hazard Warranty.

Please note that this coverage does not include towing or roadside assistance, and the customer is responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.

***For vehicles equipped with TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems), additional costs may apply for services such as sensor resetting after flat repairs, tire replacements, or rotations. These costs may include labor fees or calibration charges.

Conditions of This Warranty:

• You must be the original purchaser of the tires.
• You must operate your tires at inflation pressures outlined by the vehicle manufacturer.
• You must keep all mechanical parts that affect tires in proper working condition.

What Is Not Covered:

• A tire that is damaged/failed due to vandalism.
• A tire that is damaged/failed due to an accident.
• A tire that is damaged/failed due to commercial use.
• A tire that is damaged/failed due to racing.
• A tire that is damaged/failed due to off-road use.
• A tire that is damaged/failed due to snow chains or studs.
• A tire that is damaged/failed due to rapid or irregular wear.
• A tire that is damaged/failed due to wear from worn or improperly adjusted or maintained mechanical components on the vehicle.
• Tires transferred from the vehicle on which they were originally installed.
